In the final moments, the Thunder's resilience prevailed, holding off the Ooks and securing their victory.

Head Coach Reagan Wood commented "We had to battle tonight against a gritty NAIT team that never let us push a lead. They do a lot of good things that made it tough on us but we found our way through for a win. Proud of the guys for making smart decisions in key moments down the stretch. We'll need to make some adjustments and be better heading into the rematch tomorrow night."

The One Team Sport players of the game, presented by Co-operators, were #1 Griffin Lorenz for NAIT and #12 Milton Lendein for Concordia.

After this game, the Thunder's record stands at 3-0 for the season. The Thunder will be back at home next week on October 27th as they take on Keyano College at 8pm.
