The Thunder take down the Wolves in 3 straight sets

EDMONTON, AB – The Thunder came out flying against the visiting GPRC Wolves, taking the lead early and never letting GPRC gain a set, winning this bout 3 straight (25-18, 25-10, 25-19). These two teams won't meet again for the remainder of the season.

 

GPRC had a tough time getting their offence together, with only 19 total kills, #7 Douglas Kelly lead the team with 6 kills and #13 Brant Cartwright helped set up his team with 10 assists. #5 David Morgan lead the Wolves in the defense department, contributing to 9 digs.

 

The Thunder's offense was led by #3 Ryan Teliske (11 kills) and #5 Trecito Gansan (23 assist). Gansan also lead the team in defense with a game high 12 digs.

 

The players of the game were #6 Damien Leroy (CUE) and #14 Dylan Moes (GPRC). The Wolves will head home with a 5-11 record and the Thunder will climb to a 10-8 record and look to continue their streak January 26th against the King's.
