Intramurals

Staff, students and faculty are all welcome and encourage to participate in Intramurals. Please come by the gymnasium, meet the campus recreation supervisor and sign up for intramurals online through IMLeagues!

**The schedule is tenative to change based on space availability. Please check on a weekly basis to ensure intramurals are still going and if there was any changes. Updates will also be posted on the CUE Recreation (@cuerecreation) Instagram page.

Fall 2025 Intramurals

11 vs 11 Outdoor Soccer - Co Ed

When: Tuesdays + Thursdays between 1:00pm-4:00pm (Game Times TBD). Games will last an hour in length.
Season Length: 5 week regular season starting the week of September 15th. Playoffs the week of October 20th. Playing minimum 1 once a week.
Where: CUE Soccer Field
Cost: $110 per team (roughly $10 per person depending on size of team)
Players Required: 11 with a minimum of 3 male and 3 female players on each team
Team Registration Deadline: Wednesday September 10th, 2025 at 11:00pm

Kickball - Co Ed

When: Mondays + Wednesdays between 1:00pm-4:00pm (Game Times TBD). Games will last an hour in length.
Season Length: 5 week regular season starting the week of September 15th. Playoffs the week of October 20th. Playing minimum 1 once a week.
Where: CUE Soccer Field
Cost: $80 per team (roughly $10 per person depending on size of team)
Players Required: 8 with a minimum of 2 male and 2 female players on each team
Team Registration Deadline: Wednesday September 10th, 2025 at 11:00pm

Registration:

Each team must select a Team Captain to fill out their registration. Team Captains must join through IMLeagues via https://www.imleagues.com/CUE/Registration

Once a minimum of players needed to join your roster, wou will need to proceed with payment online to be officially approved. All participants must be CUE students. Intramural registration will be on a first come, first serve basis as there are limited team spots available.

If you are an individual player without a team and looking to find a team, please register as a free agent to IMLeagues and pay your $10 free agent fee. If you are selected to a team, recreation staff will send you an email with which team you are joining, and who is your team captain.

Eligibility

Only students or faculty at Concordia University of Edmonton (CUE) may register for intramural sports.
Only players on the team roster may play. Additions are made by communicating with athletics administration before taking part in the game (subject to individual sport regulations). No additions may be made in the last game of the season.
To be eligible for playoffs, a player must have participated in at least 2 games of league play.
A participant may play on only one co-ed team per sport per season. Penalty is disqualification of individual plus forfeit points incurred in contests in which the ineligible player performed.
Varsity players may not take part in intramural competition in the sport they play intercollegiately.
Each participant must possess:
- (i) a valid Concordia University of Edmonton I.D. card as a present full or part-time student, or faculty member, or
- (ii) proof of Concordia student/faculty status.
All participants must bring their student/membership/ID card to each intramural game and give it to the official/convenor. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- No player may participate until they have signed in with the official/monitor. If a player is discovered participating who has not signed in, they will be removed from the game.
Proper athletic attire including footwear must be worn.
All participants must be registered on the team roster in IMLeagues and added onto their respective team prior to the first game. We will be recording playoff eligibility; players looking to participate in playoffs must play in a minimum of two regular season games.
