EDMONTON, AB – Huge win for the Thunder who are now on a 6 game point streak and have extended their first place lead by 8 points.

After the first quarter the Keyano Huskies and Concordia Thunder were all tied up at 15, but the Thunders offensive power overcame the Huskies and took sequential quarters following. Lead by #9 Ryan McLaren and #8 Chad Oviatt, with a combined 34 points. Oviatt also had a team high 7 rebounds making him the Player Of The Game.

The Huskies offence was lead by #21 Stefan Jovcic leading his team in rebounds as well as points. This loss gives the Huskies a 2 game losing streak, yet puts them 2 wins away from second place.
