After back and forth sets friday night the Lakeland Rustlers defeated the Concordia Thunder 3-0 (25-19, 25-23, 25-20) in Lloydminster. Saturday's night rematch in Edmonton however had much different results. The Thunder dominated the first set with a 25-13 win. The second and third sets were won by Concordia but had to dig deep to win. Concordia Thunder out played the Rustlers by putting up 36 vs 24 kills and had a amazing amount of successful digs (52). Final scores in the second and third were 25-18.
