The Ooks go home with a win in a close 5 set match!

EDMONTON. AB – The NAIT Ooks snapped the Concordia Thunders 3 game winning streak to push further ahead in the standings. This will be the last time these two teams face each other this season, so we'll have to wait till next season to get our revenge!

The Thunder opened up the scoring winning the first set, the Ooks fought back and won the next 2, but the resilient Thunder pushed it to 5 sets after pulling away a 4^th set victory. The 5^th and deciding game was won by the Ooks 15-7.

First set: 25-23 (Thunder)

Second set: 23-25 (Ooks)

Third set: 23-25 (Ooks)

Fourth set: 25-22 (Thunder)

Fifth set: 15-7

Number 13, Cole Burkart was an offence power house and helped lead his team to victory contributing 17 kills.
