Thunder Sweep Visiting Wolves in Straight Sets

EDMONTON, AB - On Friday night Concordia hosted the GPRC Wolves in the first game of a two game series where the Thunder battled in every set to defeat the Wolves 3-0 (25-20, 25-22, 25-23). 

The Thunder offense was powered by #03 Ryan Teliske (9 kills), #07 Keenan Forstey (11 kills), and #05 Trecito Gansan(29 assist). Cole Davis was the player of the game for the Thunder with 6 digs.

#10 for the Wolves Carter Nadkrynechny, led the Wolves offense with a game high of 12 kills. #14 Dylan moes provided offensive support with 17 assist. The player of the game for the Wolves was #07 Douglas Kelly.

The Thunder now improve to 9-8 and sit 3rd in the ACAC north division. The Wolves drop to a 5-10 record and now sit 5th in the north.

The two teams will play each other again tomorrow afternoon back at Concordia (3:00PM).
