Storming to Success: Thunder Men's Volleyball Team Grabs First Victory of the Season

(EDMONTON, AB) Concordia University of Edmonton Thunder secured a 3-1 victory over the SAIT Trojans in the Battle of Alberta volleyball showdown. The home team displayed impressive teamwork and determination throughout the match, taking three out of four sets to claim the win.

The Thunder dominated the first two sets, showcasing their offensive prowess with 13 kills in the first set and 12 in the second, while SAIT struggled to respond effectively. The Trojans made a comeback in the third set, with Bryce Ross leading the way with eight kills. However, Concordia regained control in the fourth set, securing the victory.

Concordia University of Edmonton secured a well-deserved victory against SAIT, winning three out of four sets. The match showcased strong teamwork, with many key players rising up to the challenge. CUE will be looking to maintain their momentum in their next game, as they take on the RDP Kings on November 17th on the road.
