ACAC Exhibition Showdown: Concordia Thunder Edges Out Korea University Tigers in Overtime

(EDMONTON, AB) In an eagerly anticipated ACAC exhibition clash, the Concordia Thunder faced the Korea University Tigers, who embarked on a six-game tour across Alberta and Southern Saskatchewan. The game provided a tantalizing glimpse into how the Korean team might fare in the ACAC, pending their membership application for the 2024-25 season. The action kicked off with lightning speed, setting the tone for the international contest.

The Korea University Tigers wasted no time making an impact, with an impressive goal by #79 Seongjae Kim just 50 seconds before the end of the first period. This early score not only put the Tigers on the scoreboard but also intensified the pace of the game.
